Seems like I spent most of my childhood in a dentist chair so I’m not fond of dentist…..But my experience with Be Gentle was nothing less than a very positive one….I got implants on the bottom because I’ve worn dentures for 30yrs…..Everyone in that office is so nice and caring I really can’t say enough about the whole experience….if I had a problem they got me in right away an Dr Mamaril was very caring as all the staff was…..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

My appointment was for a routine cleaning. The hygienist did a great job as usual but upon completion asked about a fluoride treatment. I had never gotten such a treatment because of the additional cost. She checked my insurance and found that it was covered. I got the treatment which I otherwise would not have gotten.

From the minute I walk in the door for my appointment, I feel like I have a building full of friends. Everyone is so nice and helpful and Dr Gibson and her staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and kind and I feel like they take a personal interest in my dental needs. I always look forward to my next appointment with them.

Let me preface this by saying I am TERRIFIED of dentists, always have been since I was a kid. However, the doctors and staff at be gentle dentistry made every effort to keep me comfortable. They talked me through everything they were doing, and were extremely patient with me. Their office is beautiful and inviting, and their prices are quite reasonable! I felt alot more at ease after my appointment. Great job! Will definitely recommend to others!

Sooo, I made a follow up appointment for an adjustment on a filling and a cleaning with the whole entirely wrong dentist. (Don't ask, I just do things like this. LOL!) I popped right in the Be Gentle office and the very friend lady behind the desk was trying to confirm my appointment. She didn't see it... because, remember, I made the appointment with the completely wrong dentist. Once I realized what a special kind of doofus move I had made, the ladies made every attempt to get me taken care of. A SECOND incredibly nice lady told me to hang around for just a minute because the guy that was due had not shown up yet. Well, he arrived so i thought i was pure out of luck. BUT THEN, the 1st really nice lady went back and asked if I could be fit in for my filling adjustment. ANOTHER nice lady came and got me and fixed my filling with no problems. All while reassuring me because she noticed my white knuckles on the arms of the chair. What an experience!!! In a world where we're often to busy and we forget to be kind, these ladies perfected it. I'm so grateful for their interest in making sure I felt better before I left. THANK YOU to each of you!! If I could give you a 10, it would be well deserved. 🤓🤌

Very patient and understanding. Explained everything in detail to ease my fears and anxiety. Smoothed the surface of my teeth and offered things to try to avoid extraction or crowns. Thank you for making my dental exams bearable. Dr. Gibson and April are amazing. Thank you for being a caring and gentle individual.

My 9 year old daughter started seeing Dr Mamaril and he has been so sweet and caring! He goes above and beyond to ensure that she is comfortable and knows what is going on while it’s happening. She needed a few cavities filled and was very anxious- during the numbing process she began to cry (because of feeling overwhelmed from anxiety not pain) and he and his staff were so kind and supportive to her- helping her through it! I cannot say enough about how great BeGentle is! We are blessed to be patients here!

The best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Gibson was wonderful and very thorough at explaining things, making sure I was okay during a filling, and even remembering my sisters school activities from weeks prior! Super fast service at the front desk and smiles across all workers faces! Would recommend this group to anyone in the area!

My appointment was for a cleaning and they got me in after just a brief wait. Josh was friendly and professional he explained things like some of the extra noise I was hearing was because we were near the area they sanitize the instruments. And he did a good job cleaning and polishing my teeth. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable being there. Made my next appointment before leaving to go to the check out area to pay for the service that day.

I have been with this office for a couple years and I couldn’t be more impressed. The office is impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly nice and courteous. Their professionalism extends from the front desk to the treatment rooms. They are all true professionals who clearly care about their patients. I feel well taken care of and confident in the quality of care I received. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
