My appointment was for a cleaning and they got me in after just a brief wait. Josh was friendly and professional he explained things like some of the extra noise I was hearing was because we were near the area they sanitize the instruments. And he did a good job cleaning and polishing my teeth. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable being there. Made my next appointment before leaving to go to the check out area to pay for the service that day.

I have been with this office for a couple years and I couldn’t be more impressed. The office is impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly nice and courteous. Their professionalism extends from the front desk to the treatment rooms. They are all true professionals who clearly care about their patients. I feel well taken care of and confident in the quality of care I received. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Everyone in this office is friendly, helpful, & kind. Tonya greeted me at the receptionist desk. Stacy took my X-rays & was very friendly. Jenny is always friendly & does a great job cleaning my teeth without any discomfort. Dr. Mamaril is always friendly, kind, & I trust him with all of my dental needs. I’m also very grateful for the discount he gives to those of us without dental insurance! I highly recommend this office!!

Dr. Mamaril and staff have always been friendly and inviting. I’ve been going to them for my dental needs in Kokomo and Logansport for the last 15 years, if not longer, and I will continue to go to them. I currently make the drive from Carmel to Kokomo! I’m a bit phobic of the dentist and their staff is comforting and understanding.

Everyone is very friendly and sets your mind at ease while they take care of you at your appointment. They do a great job taking care of your dental health. I'm a fairly new patient to BeGentle Dentistry. I've had 3 dental cleaning appointments there at this point. I'm very happy with my decision to switch to BeGentle Dentistry.

Best Dental office found after 10 years of searching (at my expense). Both of there locations are very professional and the dentist is THE BEST. Only once I had to wait and they told me upon my arrival they were behind. They Apologized several times even after assuring them that I wasn’t in a hurry. I was impressed how quickly they had gotten me taken care of. Note: I gave an incomplete survey one time stating I was waiting for 15 mins but above are all the facts. Thank you staff and Dr. A women that can’t complete a thought 🤪🙄

Being a retired dentist, I was very picky about who to go to for dental treatment. I went to Dr. Gibson on the recommendation of another dentist. I haven't needed any treatment in a long time, but the need arose for some treatment. Dr. Gibson was exceptional in both her skill and care during treatment. I'm extremely pleased with her and her staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I am a new patient switch from another dentist and I can say I am so impressed with this place and Dr Gibson. I had a bad experience before at another place and she was very thorough with me. She went though all my teeth and explained everything and gave me options. You can tell they care about what is best for the patient. I recommend if you are looking for a great place you check here!

This dental office is awesome!! Every person that we have interacted with have been so kind, understanding and helpful! My daughter has always had an extreme fear of the dentist office. I spoke with the office before we came here and explained all of my daughters fears and everyone listened to my concerns and have been so understanding and patient with my daughter! They noted her chart in what she likes and doesn’t like and are prepared for when she comes in. At her last visit, there was no crying or fear in my daughters face. She was calm and relaxed and it was a great check up!! Dr. Mamaril and his staff are the best!!! After our last visit, my daughter said, “l like that dentist !”That meant the world to me!!! I came in to have a crown re-installed. It was a very short visit but as is always the case, it was rewarding in that my dental work was taken care of right away and I enjoyed the company of Dr Gibson and her assistant for a few minutes. I left a star off because when I went to check out my services were $103 more than quoted for my crown. I understand it was because my insurance does not pay as much for a porcelain crown than it does a silver and that porcelain is better. I just would have liked to have known BEFORE I had the procedure that it was going to cost me an extra $100 that day. Thankfully I had that much extra and it was not a problem but I feel like I should have been told ahead of time. I was not even given the option to choose a silver crown.

I recently visited Be Gentle Dentistry for a cleaning and other general Dentistry work. I was treated with the usual great smiles and professionalism that I have come to expect when I arrive. That is why I always look forward to each visit as I feel that I am not only among very professional people, I feel that I am among friends. I lost a cap on my tooth late Thurs. Dec 22nd. Fri morning I tried everywhere to find a dentist who could help me to no avail. My daughter contacted Be Gentle Dentistry and they took me in and spent quite awhile making sure it was fixed properly. Dr Gibson and the whole staff was efficient, compassionate and so very pleasant. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Dr. Mamaril for years. As I was just there for a crown and was sitting in the dental chair, I reminded myself, Dr. Mamaril & his team, just how far I have come from many years ago when I started going to him. I now don’t dread the dentist, I’m not nervous anymore, and I can honestly say I trust every single person in the practice. I can’t thank all of them enough for helping me through the years and now my whole family. I just wish now… that I would’ve started going to him even sooner than I did. Love Dr Mamaril and everyone there. I had a temporary crown put on yesterday and I didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t even feel the needle to numb my mouth. They are always so professional and helpful. After talking to friends and hearing their experiences I wanted to give you guys a shout out. I didn’t have any pain during the procedure and after my jaw ached a little due to keeping it open that long. But today I wouldn’t even know I had the procedure done. Great job!!! I have been going to Just Be Gentle Dentistry for about one year. In that time I have had approximately 6 or 7 appointments. Over the course of these appointments, I have received excellent dental care, never felt a bit of pain and even made a few friends while there. I always look forward to my visits to Just Be Gentle Dentistry. The Dentists and their staff are always upbeat, friendly and just great to be around. It is actually an enjoyable experience being there and of course, true to the name, they are easy on the mouth!! Their services are always professional and the pricing, very fare. They always explain what is needed as well as what the cost would be, in advance. I would recommend them to anyone who has teeth... LOL.

As someone who avoided the dentist at all costs until I met Dr. Gibson, you can believe me when I say this place is the best! I can't imagine going anywhere else. They make you feel welcome, comfortable and at ease - from check-in to check-out. I now come in for cleanings twice a year with absolutely no fear of it. I've always had a level of anxiety over dental procedures, but BeGentle Dentistry minimizes that. The facility still provides the assurance of the well-maintained clinical environment, while providing the warmth of an inviting lobby and facility. I LOVE Be Gentle Dentistry! I was looking for a new dentist because mine had retired, but I was dragging my feet. When my crown fell out, I was forced to make the call! I never thought I'd say that I was glad I'd lost a crown, but it ended up being a great thing because I'm now a patient of Dr. Gibson at Be Gentle Dentistry. She and the whole staff are great, and they live up to their name - they are so gentle and so caring!

Dr Mamaril is the most caring & gentle dentist I’ve ever gone to. He takes the fear out of a dental visit & puts his patients at ease. He explains everything thoroughly & makes sure you are not in any discomfort. The cost of a treatment plan is always presented upfront & they will run it through your Insurance to let you know your balance prior to him doing the work. I’ve really enjoyed my past 15+ years with them, however my insurance has changed & now I’m no longer in his network.I’m so disappointed:( I will miss him & his staff more than they will ever know!

My mother id 87 years old and has gone to Dr. Mamaril for over 25 years, and I am a former patient of his. I have never found a more gentle dentist. They certainly live up to their name! With my mother's memory loss, the doctor was happy to repeat things. He is excellent at building rapport with his patients. I really can't recommend this dental clinic in general and Dr. Mamaril in particular.

The team at BeGentle Dentistry is simply great! They are very friendly and accommodating as well as competent in their field. Dr. Mamaril always takes the time to make sure I understand what the plan is for any special work and that I am comfortable with that plan. The dental assistants are amazing. They are super helpful when Dr. Mamaril is working and great at prep and finish for his work as well as taking a pretty big role in any special work that is needed. The dental hygienists are very gentle. Pain is not a normal result of a visit. The team in the front office is also quite helpful and friendly. I really can't say enough about the whole team. They are a treasure. I've been going to BeGentle Dentistry for about 25 years and expect I will continue for the rest of my life. They are great people doing a great job!

Coming to Be Gentle Dentistry was the BEST decision I've made in a while. I'd been putting off finding a new dentist, but when my crown fell off, I had no choice. Calling Be Gentle was great! Since my first visit to fix my crown, I've now had 2 cleanings - Everyone is GREAT! Dr. Gibson is so knowledgeable and listens to me and takes time to explain what needs done. Jenny, my hygienist, is by far the gentlest person ever! Going to the dentist is never what I want to do, but I don't mind it now because I've come to the right place!

My rating would be 5 star, as my regular cleaning appointment was handled very well, professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly, concerned, and caring manner. Dr. Gibson and Chistie (sp? hygienist) listened thoughtfully to a possible concern that I voiced, and gave very helpful instructions and information. Thank you!

I have been going to Be Gentle Dentistry for about 3 months, totaling 4 visits to present. In that time I have received very good care with great results. I like when the doctor and their assistant takes the time to explain what they are doing and what can be expected. I feel, when I am there, that I am among friends. BeGentle is such a great, caring, professional place to go. My husband, five year old son, and myself have all had excellent care every visit. Be Gentle Dentistry is the best! I absolutely dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Mamaril is so nice. All of the hygienist are very gentle at cleaning my teeth and put me at ease. Whenever I walk in, Jessica greets me with a smiling face. My 4 year old loves wearing the glasses and fake mustache during his visit. I would recommend to everyone of all ages!

Always happy to refer my family and friends to this office for quality dental care. On the rare occasion when I’ve needed something beyond my regular cleaning I’ve always had a thorough explanation of any procedures I’ve needed. They have definitely lived up to their name as my comfort has been their top priority along with their quality dental care at every appointment I’ve had over my many years with this office. BeGentle Dentistry is the absolute best dental service(s) I have ever received. I have tried other dental offices and was ultimately disappointed and found myself always searching for another provider. I found out about BeGentle from a peer at work and gave them a try. I am 100% satisfied and never plan on changing to any other provider. The staff are wonderful and sweet!

Finding a competent dentist is one of life's inescapable duties. Because of covid I could no longer travel the 150 miles to my excellent, trustworthy dentist. Two attempts to find a local dentist were very disappointing (and costly) until my visiting nurse recommended Dr Gibson. My first visit has been very reassuring. Very professional, super-competent staff. Excellent interaction with Dr Gibson. A comfort to again find a top-notch dentist nearby.

I couldn’t be happier here. My daughter and I were literally just talking and we honestly don’t think there is a bad one in the entire bunch. And we mean every single staff member. From start to finish, we are treated with kindness. GENUINE kindness. I don’t do well at the dentist. Not even with cleanings. I have such sensitive teeth and receding gum line. They understand and don’t make you feel silly for being nervous. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and they truly listen and work to make sure you are ok. Example… I can’t handle my teeth being scraped especially near the gun line, they tried a different option during my cleaning and used a strong water pik rather than scraping, it worked wonderfully and didn’t hurt at all. I’m sensitive to cold air and water, so she was careful to give me small amounts of water to swish so it wasn’t overbearing. Like I said, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. And are so kind as they do it. They also have options to get you through fillings and other procedures. My only regret is not going here sooner. ❤️

Be Gentle Dentistry is a wonderful place to come for all your dental needs. The staff there are very helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable! I am not the biggest fan of going to a dentist but they always somehow make it pleasant. They are very one to one hands on your dental care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great And professional dental experience.

I had a number of friends recommend BeGentle, so I decided to give it a try. Once my appointment with Dr Gibson was made, I had another friend give her very high marks as she knows her personally. Once I arrived I knew I had made a good decision. Everyone I had contact with, from Tonya up front, to Josh, Alex, and Dr Gibson, were pleasant, professional, and made me feel like my being there was important. I'm very glad I chose to come to BeGentle Dentistry.

BeGentle, is by far the best dentist in Kokomo. The office is clean, and spacious. The office staff very friendly and knowledgeable with any needs that arise with insurance. The team of dental assistants and hygienist are the best at what they do!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Excellent visit, as always. The staff continues to be friendly and efficient. Dr. Mamaril made time to fill my son’s newly discovered cavity to save us the hassle of coming back another day. I walked in thinking I had made a 1pm appointment. I was in such pain, I had called a completely different dentist in another city in error. The wonderful lady who greeted me said not to worry that she would do everything that she could to get me seen if I could be patient with them. The entire staff was incredible to me!!! I can not sing the praises of the experience we had today enough! My son is 5 years old and has had nothing but horrible, tears filled, terrifying experience since he first started going to the dentist (at another office). When I made the appointment I let them know of his past trauma. They more than exceeded my expectations. Robin, Jenny, and Dr. Gibbons were so patient and kind. Robin showed my son different tools that would be used and assured him that it was common to be scared, she was going to show him that there was actually nothing to be afraid of. She got him to get his x-rays and never left his side, and he stood there like a pro. Jenny the Hygienist came in to “tickle his teeth” and let him feel the polisher again. She didn’t force him and was very calm and reassuring. Dr. Gibbons talk with him and reassured him and he allowed her to do an exam. She quickly changed her technique when he gaged and with a little sweet talking was able to finish the exam. Today was a successful visit and a great start to building rapport with my little guy. Thank you to this Amazing Teem!

With COVID and being afraid of going to any dentist. I was referred to this wonderful place. It truly lives up to their name "BeGentle". The staff made me feel more at ease and the dentist dr Mamaril was very thorough and took the time to just talk to get know me as a new patient. I have already told several friends about this less stressful experience .

Wonderful friendly staff, everyone was so nice and understood my need to fit in a tooth repair between jobs. They got me in an out, all while taking the time to evaluate my concerns about a loose crown. I especially appreciate that they are all local dentists who live in the area , and not a fly by night practice from Indy that changes hands every year or two. Im also happy that Lisa will be my hygienist again. She is wonderful! Thank you all so much!

Appointment was supposed to be scheduled with my dentist Dr Gibson. I didn’t realize when it was scheduled 6 months ago they had scheduled it on her regular day off. The dentist who did my actual exam wasn’t near as thorough as Dr Gibson. He checked my tongue, neck, looked in my mouth and left. He did ask about my broken molar, but that was it. Maybe he was relying on what the hygienist had noted while cleaning my teeth. He did not sit down and exam each tooth as I have always had done before at visits. Made sure my next appointment was made correctly.

Having moved to the area about a year ago, it's been tough to find a good dentist. I have to say I expect a lot, and after visiting BeGentle Dentistry, I can say they're not good..they are great! From Josh, the dental assistant, to Lisa, the hygienist, to Dr. Gibson, they made me feel comfortable by explaining all of my options, costs, and above all, they listened. These people are better than five stars!!

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff. It was my first visit since I had switched, and it was the first time I have ever been to the dentist where I did not have to wait 45min to nearly an hour to get called back. I got called back right on time, it may have even been a few minutes early! It really showed that they valued my time that I carve out for appointments. It really meant a lot to me that they were running on time! Very grateful. I’ve already told all my friends and family they have to come here!:)

The staff are all professional and the facility is very nice. I was offered a cleaning one day prior to the timing required by the insurance company and was charged for the cleaning . My response to the situation was to pay half and the practice pay half. The offer was denied and I was expected to pay for the entire charge.

Everyone at Be Gentle Dentistry has always been polite and look kind. The hygienist that cleans my teeth is very thoughtful about my dental health. She explains things in full. I am not a biggest fan of going to the dentist. Be Gentle Dentistry makes it easy to come in and make sure my dental health is being taken care of.

All went well, short wait in waiting room, quickly in the treatment area. Hygenist was very professionnal, always checking on my comfort level. Very thorough and maintained an interesting conversation. Due to th pandemic, and some lack of response of myine in January it has been over a year since my last visit. X-rays taken, and they quickly identified a cavity starting under a crown. The hygenist verified the spot, and I am scheduled for necessary repairs. This may have saved an extraction and dental implat - will see. As good as an experience of going to the dentist gets,

Everything was wonderful until l got ready to leave. I had been in the chair for 2 hours and l had to pee very badly and they told me the restroom was closed. You just can't do that, pandemic or no pandemic, people's body functions don't stop working. I did not take time to dispute the issue. I went home as fast as l could safely drive so l could pee. That just isn't right and they never told me that no restroom would be available. I love the staff but that is craziness.

Dr. Gibson and the whole staff at BeGentle are wonderful. My son broke his front teeth and has needed them to be repaired a couple of times. Everyone has been so patient and kind to him. Dr. Gibson has gone above and beyond to find a solution. Which has been tricky due to his age (14) and still needing orthodontia. Highly recommend them!

My favorite Dentist ever Dr. Allison Gibson! There is no one that holds a candle to her ethics, moral, perfection, caring, sweet absolutely cannot say enough good about her. I trust her completely with all my dental needs. Best Dentist in my lifetime. Forever, grateful and thankful to have met her and have her in my life!

Awesome appointment.I had to have an older crown(from another practice) removed and replaced.I sometimes have a hard time relaxing, but not at BeGentle Dentistry. Having the equipment to make my crown right then was great, I was given the opportunity to leave and come back if I wanted but I stayed and it worked out fine. I wasn't sore the next day, no discomfort at all.Thank you for taking such good care of me!!!!

I would highly recommend BeGentle Dentistry and the staff at their Logansport office. They were all very friendly and really make you feel comfortable. Also, they make sure to present all options available to you, so that you can make the best decision for you and your teeth! I will definitely be going back for all of my future dentist visits! Dr Mamaril spent over an hour fitting a crown for me. He is methodical and accurate. A lesser man could easily called it good enough far sooner. I can honestly say it is the best fitting dental work I have ever had. His partner Dr. Allison Gibson is great to work with, I haven't had the opportunity to experience her fitting skills but her inspections and demeanor is nothing but A-1. I can say only great things about the staff and all the services that I have used. The Clapton background music helps too 🙂

We love this office. My husband and I have been patients for a couple years. This afternoon my 10yr old daughter had an accident and broke her two front teeth to the point where the root was showing. I tried to call her regular pediatric dentist and couldn’t reach them and Dr Mamaril and some of the staff stayed late so they could see her and patch her up until we can see a specialist first thing in the morning! Love Dr Mamaril and Dr Gibson and all of the staff! Thank you all for caring for our family!

The staff at BeGentle Denistry are all awesome. They are all super friendly and they are all professional. Robin will get u all prepped and ready for your dental cleaning and jenny will do an awesome job with cleaning your teeth and she is very careful.So if u r looking for a a dentist check out BeGentle denistry u will be glad u did .

As someone with a heavy load of "dental trauma", I can't praise BeGentle Dentistry enough, especially Dr. Gibson. Many other places I have gone in the past have ignored my pain and anxiety levels. Here, though, my needs are respected and recognized and nothing but the patients' comfort comes first. Even for cleanings, I am given numbing gel on my gums and my hygienist takes her time. I don't even notice numbing shots when I get them, whereas in the past they have been very painful for me. I really can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental work. Thy even sent my husband and I a really nice card when we got married!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mamaril for 25+ years. I’ve always had a pleasant experience and I now drive 45 minutes to take my kids to him and his staff. We have also seen Dr. Gibson and we were very pleased with her as well! They do a fantastic job with my kids, and they love going to the dentist! I could not recommend a better office for myself and my children.

We came here after having awful experiences at other places. One child was completely traumatized after her experiences. Another has severe anxiety and Autism. I feel their name suits them. The whole staff is very kind and gentle. They were very patient with each of us and helped our kiddos overcome their fears. I like how they explain each step and the whole process. They truly believe in what they stand for and that is refreshing. Their office is clean and accomodating. The ladies at the front desk are very hospitable. I would recommend anyone come here of any age or ability.

From their calming waiting room to the smiling receptionists that greet us by name, it is a positive experience from the walk in the door. The dental assistants are kind, and because my mom and dad also go to Be Gentle for dental care, they often ask me how my mom and dad are doing or tell me what kind of shenanigans he pulled during his last visit. (My dad is a jokester!) The hygienists are kind, and Dr. Gibson gives quality, informed care. You won’t find a better opportunity for your teeth!!!

I've been going to Dr. Mamril for awhile now! They are so patient, caring, and understanding. Even with my daughter, they are so patient and really know how to treat people! Love this place. I’m always greeted by name, the lounge is more like a bistro very comfortable and clean with TV, coffee, water. The staff is what makes them the best though. Every employee is great. I’ve been going here for years so I have worked with different people from time to time and they have all be great. I without hesitation Reccomended Be Gentle Dentistry anytime someone asks for a recommendation.

I have gone to see Dr. Mamaril since I was a kid. I started taking my own children there as soon as they started getting teeth! We LOVE our dentist. Our hygienist, Jenny, is phenomenal. My kids love her, and they all make going to the dentist something normal, not scary or painful! From the front office staff to the clinical staff, we would recommend Be Gentle to ANYONE looking for a dentist in north central Indiana!
