Our primary office is at Kokomo, Indiana, with a secondary location at nearby Logansport. We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available.

Appointments

As a courtesy to our other patients, we kindly request at least 2 business days notice when rescheduling your appointment. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient in need.

We welcome most dental insurance and gladly accept assignment of your dental benefits. Our experienced staff will help you recover the most from your benefits.
